Combination Sweeper GSO Plus Model
for mounting on your carrier vehicle
Attachment sweeper with hydraulically folding dirt container
Working widths: 1.20 m - 2.60 m
PLUS equipment for sweepers of the GSO series
The GSO-Plus model series combination sweeper is characterized by the hydraulically folding dirt container. The extremely robust combination sweeper – optionally – for self-collecting sweeping or for free-sweeping use is perfectly suited for construction site use.
The hydraulically folding dirt container does not have to be dismantled for free-sweeping use. The automatic sweeping roller adjustment ensures unsurpassed sweeping performance even on uneven ground.
Hydraulic control unit with mechanical actuation
for locking the dirt container in the folded-up position for free-sweeping operation of the sweeper; the mechanical changeover takes place via a ball valve directly on the sweeper. Required if only one free hydraulic control circuit is available on the carrier vehicle.
Typical industries for the use of GSO attachment sweepers
- Recycling industry
- Wood processing
- Chemicals
- Pulp and paper industry
Available mounting devices
Forklifts and wheel loaders with pallet forks
for hanging the sweeper in the lifting forks of a forklift or wheel loader, maximum fork cross-sectional dimensions 185 x 68 mm, with floating position, including fork clamp screw connection and safety bracket
Quick-change device wheel loader and compact loader
Wheel loader and compact loader mounting plate for direct mounting of the sweeper to the quick-change device of a wheel loader, with floating position
Front loader
Device for mounting the sweeper to the front loader of a tractor, with floating position, (the mounting device for pallet forks is also required)
Front triangle mounting small tractors
Front triangle for mounting the sweeper or a lifting mast to the front hydraulics of a municipal tractor
Three-point hitch tractors
for mounting the sweeper or a lifting mast to the front/rear three-point linkage of a tractor
Device plate Unimog
suitable for Unimog vehicle plate for front mounting of the sweeper or a lifting mast to a Unimog (the lifting hydraulic cylinder or the lifting mast for high discharge is also required)
Lifting hydraulic cylinder
the Unimog equipment plate is also required for emptying the sweeper, emptying height approx. 50 cm
Lifting mast for high discharge for GSO-1200 or GSO 1500
the front three-point mounting for small tractors, front/rear three-point mounting for tractors or mounting plate for Unimog is also required, emptying height 1.60 m, (a 2nd free control circuit is required on the carrier vehicle)
Lifting mast for high discharge for GSO-2000
reinforced version, otherwise as with lifting mast for GSO-1200/GSO-1500
Increased lifting height for lifting mast, 2 m
suitable for both versions of the lifting mast
Forks for lifting mast
required for mounting a GSO-1500/500 liter or GSO-2000 to a lifting mast (the sweeper must be equipped with forklift attachment)
Chassis for lifting mast
to reduce the front axle load of the carrier vehicle, in conjunction with lifting mast
Equipment
The following additional equipment is available:
Side brush right or left
Sweeping diameter 600 mm, can be switched on separately, adjustable speed, with its own hydraulic drive. Optional side brush Ø 750 mm including carrier plate available
Impact protection for side brush
massive steel bracket around side brush
Water spray system 100 liters / 200 liters
operated with 12 V electric pump, spray bar with finely atomizing nozzles, including water tank
24 V water pump
24 V instead of 12 V (optional)
Scraper bar for removing extremely encrusted dirt
foldable, with strong spring steel segments, applicable on asphalt or concrete floors, e.g. at construction site exits
100% steel bristle trim for main brush roller
instead of the standard trim made of 50/50% steel/polypropylene
hydraulic operation of the emptying mechanism
Hydraulic inclination
complete with quick release fasteners
Gear oil divider
required for oil quantities from 110 liters/minute, enables a low-heat-loss distribution of the oil flow. The excess oil flow flows via the gear set into the return flow of the wheel loader
Heavy-duty wheels
instead of the standard super-elastic tires, stable steel welded construction, tread vulcanized on wheel body made of solid elastic solid rubber, steel wire mesh in the tire base, double-welded steel tube hub, recommended for uneven ground in outdoor use, surcharge per wheel
Special paint finish
a variety of RAL colors can be selected (standard: Red/RAL 3020)
